Service scope

TenderQualify provides source-linked tender monitoring, fit-card snapshots, pilot digests and related qualification notes for Belgian and EU public procurement opportunities.

The service helps customers triage opportunities. It does not replace official procurement documents, customer due diligence, legal advice or bid strategy ownership.

Free snapshot

  • The free snapshot is a one-time relevance test with no payment and no automatic conversion.
  • We aim to provide 3 real Belgian/EU tender fit cards or credible near-misses based on the scope submitted.
  • If the scope is too broad, incomplete or outside the current service focus, we may ask for clarification or decline the request.

Paid founding pilot

  • The founding pilot is billed through Stripe at the price shown at checkout, excluding VAT unless stated otherwise.
  • The standard monthly pilot includes weekly digest monitoring, urgent high-fit alerts and up to 10 fit cards per month.
  • Customers can cancel future subscription renewals by emailing info@aigenize.com before the next billing date.
  • One-off pilot periods end after the period shown at checkout unless a new agreement is made.

Customer responsibilities

  • Provide accurate company, billing and tender-scope information.
  • Review official notice documents before deciding to bid.
  • Do not submit unlawful, confidential third-party or special-category personal data unless explicitly requested and agreed.
  • Use the service for lawful business procurement monitoring only.

Guarantee and refunds

Where the site states a relevance guarantee, the remedy is limited to the stated refund or extra monitoring period. Refund requests must identify why delivered cards did not match the submitted scope.

Limits

TenderQualify does not guarantee that every relevant tender will be found, that a tender is still open, that a customer is eligible, or that a bid will succeed.

Liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service period to the maximum extent allowed by law.
